Adult Summer Reading
-
The FCL Adult Summer Reading program runs Monday June 3 – Thursday August 28.
-
Participation is limited to FCL patrons and Freeport citizens.
-
Sign up to participate by collecting a program packet at the front circulation desk. This year, we are playing BINGO!
-
Read books and audiobooks within the listed bingo categories. Then visit the library to have library staff stamp the categories you’ve read and to hand you raffle tickets. Earn bonus raffle ticket entries with each bingo completed and by filling out and returning up to three Recommendation forms. These Recommendation forms will be put on display for neighbors to read.
-
FCL is also participating in ReadME, and 2024 recommending author Jaed Coffin has selected Marpheen Chan’s Moon in Full and Shannon Bowring’s The Road to Dalton as this year’s reads. Reading these books earn you bonus raffle tickets as well. There are ReadME book discussion events happening around the state!
