Rigid Heddle Loom

WHAT IS IT?

A rigid heddle loom is a great way for beginners to weave their yarn. It is named for the “rigid heddle” reed that has slots and holes to hold warp threads. By lifting and lowering this heddle, you create a “shed”—an opening between the warp threads—which allows you to pass the weft yarn through to create a plain weave.
